Then the magic men arrive, Mick, Joel or whoever shows up and you’re comfortable once again. This is the only shop I call, and I tell everyone, including you. My experience with MWC, was, as it has been for over 20 years, punctual, complete, and professional. I’ve no doubt that I will be using their services for another 20 years.

These people updated our new furnace and ac installation that the last contractor did a poor job of installing. They redid everything and now it is working and looking excellent. Even our duct work has been tuned and is like new.

AC quit working, we made an early morning call to our friends at Midwest Comfort and were told they would be able to check it that afternoon. They called ahead of arrival, checked unit upon arrival, found a faulty contact, removed and installed new contact and had our AC running again before 5 PM. We really appreciated their friendly, professional service.

I called them on cold day, my heat had just stopped. It was really surprising as I was not experiencing any issues with my heating system. The attendant set up my appointment immediately, and BEST OF ALL. They showed up and alerted me the whole way. The service tech was experienced and fixed the problem ASAP. They were very professional,  courteous. I will use them EVERYTIME.

We have used Midwest Comfort Heating &Cooling multiple times. Quick response time, excellent/knowledgeable service person, and reasonably priced. We would recommend them for all heating/cooling needs as well as annual tune ups!

Everything about the process of getting my mini split A/C installed went as smooth as can be. Brian was very helpful through the quoting process and was willing to help any way he could, even if I chose to not go with the company. He did what he could to offer a reasonable quote for what I needed. Brian, Mick and Jordan were amazing throughout the install – even helping my daughter figure out why the hot water wasn’t working in our house. They were professional, prompt and did a magnificent job cleaning up and offering assistance if needed with my new A/C. I would recommend them over and over again and will definitely use them for all of my HVAC needs.

We needed our air conditioning looked at on Labor Day Weekend when temps were in the 90s! Got a response and Jess at our house within 12 hours! Jess did a great job…professional. All fixed, and we can continue our weekend!
