Great service and response time. Brian and his team have put in my a/c, furnace, and now a new water heater. Great for after-hour emergencies and values helping people if they can. Called at 8 a.m. this morning and was replaced by 11 a.m. Great staff that came to install and good communication about the scope of work. Great team.

Been using them since we bought our home in 2017. They are always timely, very professional, and friendly. Great guys to deal with! We had had several issues with our AC every summer and would call them and they were right on it. We finally decided to replace the whole unit and they’ve worked on our furnace once as well. Always great work, done quickly, and so pleasant to deal with. Won’t go anywhere else now.

-10 when the furnace quit working. Everyone I called and said they could not get to me for 3 or 4 days. Midwest Comfort came the same day, repaired the problem, and serviced the furnace; all at a cost that was well less than I anticipated. I will not hesitate to call them again and would recommend them to anyone.

*updated review* I’ve been using Midwest for maybe 8 years now… a long time. A friend recommended me back when we bought our house and I have never tried anyone else. They are really great at what they do and keep my old furnace running and replace parts when needed. Most heating and cooling companies OES would just tell you that you need a new system. I know I will need a new one in the near future but I’m glad they don’t push me on that when it is not needed.
