Everything about the process of getting my mini split A/C installed went as smooth as can be. Brian was very helpful through the quoting process and was willing to help any way he could, even if I chose to not go with the company. He did what he could to offer a reasonable quote for what I needed. Brian, Mick and Jordan were amazing throughout the install – even helping my daughter figure out why the hot water wasn’t working in our house. They were professional, prompt and did a magnificent job cleaning up and offering assistance if needed with my new A/C. I would recommend them over and over again and will definitely use them for all of my HVAC needs.

I highly recommend Midwest Comfort Heating & Cooling. They installed a new Amana AC for us 6 years ago. We had our first issue last night. I left a message after hours and they responded within 20 minutes. Mick was able to resolve our issue quickly and professionally. He even provided tips on additional maintenance I could perform myself. From the time I left a message until the time Mick finished the service was around 2 hours. With the forecasted extremely warm weather, we are happy to have this problem resolved so quickly. It turned out to be a faulty capacitor which was covered under warranty. We will continue using Midwest Comfort for all our heating and cooling needs and have recommended to all of our friends.

They came exactly when they said they would, gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes in advance just like I asked, let me know how much the repair was going to be, and then performed the repair very quickly and professionally. I have already recommended them to my friends. Good job!

Had a whole new AC and furnace installed by them, they were always easy to contact and quick to respond with any questions I had. The installation guys were very professional and did a awesome job! They vacuumed up when done and left my house cleaner then it was before they came. Highly recommended

Great service and response time. Brian and his team have put in my a/c, furnace, and now a new water heater. Great for after-hour emergencies and values helping people if they can. Called at 8 a.m. this morning and was replaced by 11 a.m. Great staff that came to install and good communication about the scope of work. Great team.
